The Boys Series by
Meg Cabot are on another level of Chicklit romance books with a refreshing writing
technique.
The whole story on
The Boys Series are only told via interactions of all the characters through the
use communication media like emails, IM (Instant Messenger), Phone Answering
Machine’s messages, Office Memo, Journals, Diary, etc. But we as readers could
easily follows the whole story by only reading those media, and what makes it
really good is that all the characters’ personalities and background also shown
from their simple interactions with each other.
This chicklit series
are intended for adult readers, although the adult content is mild and not too
offensive. All the books in the series can be read as a stand-alone, but to
maximize and really enjoying the inside jokes and all the characters, it’s
better to start reading from the first book, since some of the loveable
characters from the previous books will pop up occasionally in the next one.
`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
The
Boys Series oleh Meg Cabot merupakan novel Chicklit yang berada di kategori
tersendiri dengan teknik penulisan yang cukup menarik dan berbeda. Keseluruhan
series ini diceritakan melalui interaksi masing-masing karakternya via media
komunikasi seperti email, IM (Instant Messenger), pesan suara di mesin penjawab
telepon, memo kantor, jurnal, diary, dan sebagainya. Tetapi walaupun begitu kita
sebagai pembaca dapat dengan mudah mengikuti keseluruhan jalan ceritanya tanpa
kesulitan hanya dengan membacanya, dan yang lebih hebatnya lagi adalah
masing-masing kepribadian dari para karakternya terasa hidup dari interaksi
mereka dengan satu sama lainnya.
Serial
chicklit ini ditujukan bagi para pembaca dewasa, walaupun kandungan materi
dewasa dalam serial ini tidak terlalu banyak dan tidak terlalu mengganggu.
Semua buku dalam serial ini dapat dibaca sebagai buku stand-alone dan tidak
terlalu tergantung dengan urutan dalam membacanya. Namun untuk dapat
memaksimalkan pengalaman membacanya dan dapat benar-benar mengerti beberapa
lelucon dan kelucuan dari para karakternya, maka sebaiknya membaca serial ini
dimulai dari buku pertamanya, karena ada beberapa karakter yang cukup disukai
dari buku sebelumnya akan beberapa kali muncul di dalam buku-buku selanjutnya.
The Boy Next Door
tells a complicated yet romantic love story between Melissa Fuller and John
Trent.
Melissa,
who prefers to be call as Mel for short, is a 27 years old gossip columnist of
New York Journal newspaper. And because of her background coming from a small
city called Lansing, Illinois, she is different from the usual type of local
Manhattan New Yorker. One day she found her next door neighbor Mrs. Friedlander unconscious in her own apartment,
and she takes the responsibility to take care of the old lady’s dog, Paco and
her two cats, Tweedledum and Mr. Peepers while Mrs. Friedlander is in comma in
the hospital. Mel finally can inform Mrs. Friedlander’s only family, her nephew,
Max Friedlander, a high end fashion photographer, and ask him to come to New
York to take care of his aunt’s pets.
Max
Friedlander cannot and doesn’t want to come for that annoying task since he got
better things to do besides pet sitting, but he doesn’t want her aunt to hear
from her neighbor that he didn’t come running to the rescue when her aunt wakes
up from the comma. So he asked (or more likely blackmailing) his former college
friend, John Trent, to do the job and pretend to be him in front of his aunt’s
neighbor.
John
didn’t have any choice but to help his friend request since he owned Max a huge
favor during his college day years ago. At first he didn’t want to pretend to
be his douche friend, but he has no choice when he found out that the neighbor
Max mention is working for New York Journal. And because John is working as a
Criminal Reporter for the competitor New York Chronicle, that basically in
Mel’s eyes makes him working for the enemy. So he has no choice but to lie to
her for at least a few weeks until Max got back from his vacation in Key West,
Florida with Vivica Chandler, a Supermodel.
But
everything is becoming complicated when John falls head over heels and crazily
in love with Mel.
Salute to
Meg Cabot for writing this crazy entertaining masterpiece of a book. The story
is simple yet complicated, refreshing, really really funny and entertaining. I
love all the characters from this book, even the villain. With interactions by
emails only between all the characters, the story is flowing out without any
trouble, readers won’t have any difficulty to imagine the scene after scene and
get attached to the characters’ life. Really Outstanding!
The
Boy Next Door menceritakan cerita cinta romantis yang rumit antara
Melissa Fuller dengan John Trent.
Melissa, atau lebih sering dipanggil Mel,
adalah seorang columnist gossip untuk Koran New York Journal. Dan dengan latar
belakangnya sebagai seorang gadis yang datang dari kota kecil di Lansing,
Illinois, Mel berbeda dengan tipical penduduk lokal Manhattan di New York
lainnya. Suatu hari ia mendapati tetangga sebelah apartemennya yang berusia
lanjut, Mrs. Friedlander, tidak sadarkan diri akibat diserang dan dipukul
kepalanya oleh orang yang tidak dikenal. Dan Mel mengambil alih tanggung jawab
untuk merawat binatang-binatang peliharaan milik Mrs. Friedlander : Paco,
seekor anjing Great Dane, dan dua ekor kucing siam, Tweedledum dan Mr. Peepers , selama wanita tua itu sedang koma di
rumah sakit. Ketika jadwal jalan-jalan Paco akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja pekerjaannya
di New York Journal maupun di kehidupan sosialnya, Mel akhirnya dapat
menghubungi satu-satunya keluarga Mrs. Friedlander, yaitu keponakan
laki-lakinya, Max Friedlander, seorang fotographer fashion high end, dan
memnintanya datang ke New York untuk menjaga binatang peliharaan Bibinya.
Sayangnya Max Friedlander tidak bisa dan juga
tidak mau tergesa-gesa berangkat ke New York karena ia mempunyai hal-hal
lainnya yang lebih penting dilakukan selain menjenguk bibinya yang sedang koma
dan tugas menyebalkan untuk menjaga peliharaannya sementara ia sedang menikmati
liburannya dengan supermodel dunia, Vivica Chandler, namun Max tidak mau
menanggung resiko jika nantinya tetangga Bibinya itu akan mengadukan bahwa ia
tidak mau segera datang untuk Bibinya saat Bibinya itu sadar dari koma. Jadi
Max meminta bantuan (atau lebih tepatnya memaksa bantuan) kepada teman lamanya
saat di kuliah dulu, John Trent, untuk menggantikan dirinya mengajak
jalan-jalan anjing Bibinya dan merawat kucing-kucingnya dengan berpura-pura
sebagai Max.
John
tidak dapat menolak permintaan teman lamanya itu, karena ia berhutang budi
kepada Max, karena temannya itu sudah menyelamatkan John dari kecerobohannya
saat masa-masa setelah kuliahnya dulu. Namun awalnya John hanya berencana untuk
bertemu dengan tetangga Bibi Max sebagai dirinya sendiri dan sebenarnya tidak
mau berbohong dengan berpura-pura menjadi Max, tetapi niat itu terpaksa ia
urungkan saat ia mengetahui bahwa tetangga Bibi Max itu bekerja untuk Koran New
York Journal. Dan karena John adalah wartawan kriminal dari koran saingan
tempat Mel bekerja, New York Chronicle, maka pada dasarnya John adalah musuh
yang tidak dapat dipercaya oleh Mel. Jadi John tidak mempunyai pilihan lagi
selain berpura-pura sebagai Max sampai semuanya menjadi semakin ruwet saat John
jatuh cinta kepada Mel.
Salut
kepada Meg Cabot yang dapat menuliskan buku yang masterpiece yang sangat
menarik dan menghibur. Topik cerita cinta yang di bahas di dalam buku ini
sangat sederhana namun juga rumit, menyegarkan, sangat lucu dan benar-benar
menghibur. Aku menyukai semua karakter yang terlibat di dalamnya. Dengan hanya
menggunakan media email antar masing-masing karakter di dalamnya, Meg Cabot
dapat menjalin cerita yang sangat hidup dan memukau pembaca tanpa kesulitan.
Tidak sulit untuk dapat membayangkan adegan demi adegan yang digambarkan via
email, dan masing-masing karakternya hidup dengan segala tingkah polahnya yang
lucu dan menghibur. Buku ini benar-benar sangat menakjubkan.
Meet Kate
Mackenzie. She:
·
works for the
T.O.D. (short for Tyrannical Office Despot, also known as Amy Jenkins, Director
of the Human Resources Division at the New York Journal)
·
is sleeping on the
couch because her boyfriend of ten years refuses to commit
·
can't find an
affordable studio apartment anywhere in New York City
·
thinks things can't
get any worse.
·
the T.O.D. is
making her fire the most popular employee in the paper's senior staff dining
room
·
that employee is
now suing Kate for wrongful termination, and
·
now Kate has to
give a deposition in front of Mitch Hertzog, the scion of one of Manhattan's
wealthiest law families, who embraces everything Kate most despises ... but
also happens to have a nice smile and a killer bod.
The last thing
anybody—least of all Kate Mackenzie—expects to find in a legal arbitration is
love. But that's the kind of thing that can happen when ... Boy Meets Girl.
Boy Meets Girl is a
funny, romantic love story between Kathleen “Kate” Mackenzie and Mitchell
“Mitch” Hertzog.
Kate is a new administrator
staff for Human Resources Division at the NY Journal and an idealist, while
Mitch is a corporate lawyer working for his family’s law firm Hertzog Webber
and Doyle. Everyone says that Kate is to kind hearted to work in the Human
Resources Division, especially if being compared to her Boss, Amy Jenkins. Her
mean Boss, Amy is forcing Kate to fire a sweet lunch lady because she didn’t
want to serve certain person who happens to be Amy’s boyfriend, Stuart Hertzog.
Mitch is Stuart’s
younger brother who basically likes to be the black sheep of the family, at
least according to his mother and older brother. When the sweet lunch lady is
suing NY Journal for wrongful termination, her mean and tricky Boss puts the
blame on Kate and throws her under the bus. Despite his position as the
appointed lawyer of NY Journal for the case, Mitch is determinate to help Kate
and the sweet dessert lady get her job back.
Like in the 1st
book of the Series The Boy Next Door, the 2nd book Boy Meets Girl
is also telling the story by using emails, and Meg Cabot also experiment by
adding variety of IM Chat, Office Memo, Voicemail in the Answering Machine,
Journal, etc. We can also see some characters from The Boy Next Door appear as
supporting characters in this book. And because Boy Meets Girl sets a couple of
years after the ending of The Boy Next Door, it is interesting to read
as we can see all the characters’ story progress. It is quite entertaining to
read Boy
Meets Girl, even though for me the 1st book The Boy Next
Door is still the Best of the whole series. Maybe because the
portrayal of Mitch character is a bit similar like the Hero in The Boy Next
Door, John Trent, with his black sheep of the family kinda thing. So
I didn’t find something new and refreshing in this Mitch character, just like
another John Trent all over again. For me the story between the Hero (Mitch)
and the Heroine (Kate) also a bit flat and not giving me the same emotions as
the villain couple’s romance story, Amy Jenkins and Stuart Hertzog, which I
find a bit hilarious, and tragically I can say that both Amy and Stuart indeed
deserve each other.
Characters in Boy Meets Girl are as follows :
Kathleen ‘Kate’ Mackenzie : Personnel Representative for New York
Journal.
Jennifer ‘Jen’ Sandler : Personnel Representative for New York
Journal, Kate’s best friend.
Amy Jenkins : Human Resources Director for New York
Journal, Kate’s and Jen’s Boss.
Stuart Hertzog : Legal Consultant for New York Journal,
from Hertzog Webster and Doyle Law Firm, Amy’s boyfriend.
Mitchell ‘Mitch’ Hertzog : Stuart’s little brother, also works at the
family law firm.
Ida Lopez : Craft Food Services (Cafetaria Lady) for
New York Journal.
Craig Sandler : Jen’s husband.
Dale Carter : Kate’s ex-boyfriend, a musician, a lead
vocal in his band.
Carl Hopkins : Security for New York Journal.
Dolly Vargas : Style Editor for New York Journal.
Melissa ‘Mel’ Trent-Fuller : works at Features Division for New York
Journal.
Nadine ‘Nad’ Wilcock : Food Critic for New York Journal.
George Sanchez : Managing Editor for New York Journal.
Tim Grabowski : IT Technician for New York Journal.
Peter Hargrave : Edition in Chief for New York Journal,
Dolly’s boyfriend.
Stacy Trent : Mitch and Stuart sister, married to Jason
Trent, Mel’s sister-in-law.
Janice Hertzog : Sturat’s, Stacy’s, and Mitch’s little
sister.
Courtney Allington : one of Amy’s sorority sister.
Heather Van Giles Lester : one of Amy’s sorority sister.
Mary Beth Kellogg Sneed : one of Amy’s sorority sister.
Margaret Hertzog : Stuart’s, Stacy’s, Mitch’s and Janice’s
mother.
Arthur Hertzog : Stuart’s, Stacy’s, Mitch’s and Janice’s
father.
Haley and Brittany : Mitch’s nieces, Jason and Stacy’s twin
daughter.
Vivica Chandler : a supermodel.
Gunther ‘Skiboy’ : one of Dolly’s boyfriendl.
Rating for Boy Meets Girl is 7.2/10.
Boy
Meets Girl
menceritakan kisah cinta romantis antara Kathleen “Kate” Mackenzie dengan
Mitchell “Mitch” Hertzog.
Kate
baru bekerja sebagai staf administrasi baru di bagian HRD Koran New York
Journal dan seorang idealis, sementara Mitch adalah sosok pengacara korporat
yang bekerja di biro hukum keluarganya, Hertzog Webber and Doyle. Semua orang
mengatakan bahwa Kate terlalu baik hati untuk dapat bekerja di HRD, apalagi
jika diblandingkan dengan bos nya, Amy Jenkins. Bos nya yang kejam itu memaksa
Kate untuk memecat wanita kantin yang manis dan baik hanya karena wanita itu
tidak mau melayani seseorang tertentu yang kebetulan merupakan pacar Amy,
Stuart Hertzog.
Mitch
adalah adik Stuart, yang pada dasarnya menyukai menjadi kambing hitam keluarga,
setidaknya menurut Ibu dan kakaknya Stuart, hanya karena ia sebelumnya lebih
suka menjadi pembela umum daripada bekerja di biro hukum keluarga sebagai
pengacara korporat. Baru setelah ayahnya terkena serangan jantung dan meminta
Mitch untuk membantu di biro hukum mereka, ia tidak dapat menolak. Saat wanita
kantin melayangkan gugatan hukum terhadap NY Journal atas pemecatan yang
semena-mena, Amy, bos Kate, dengan liciknya melemparkan kesalahan pada Kate dan
memecat Kate. Walaupun posisinya sebagai kuasa hukum NY Journal, Mitch bertekad
untuk membantu Kate dan wanita kantin itu mendapatkan pekerjaan mereka kembali.
Sama
seperti buku yang pertama dalam seri ini, The Boy Next Door, dalam Boy Meets Girl sebagai buku
kedua juga menceritakan kejadian-kejadian yang terjadi di dalam cerita melalui
media email, dan Meg Cabot juga menambahkan variasi dengan IM Chat, Memo
Kantor, Voicemail di mesin penjawab telepon, Journal, dll. Dan beberapa
karakter dari buku sebelumnya juga muncul kembali sebagai karakter pendukung
dalam Boy
Meets Girl. Dan karena Boy Meets Girl terjadi beberapa tahun setelah
akhir cerita dalam The Boy Next Door, maka menjadi cukup menarik
untuk dapat melihat perkembangan para karakter dari buku sebelumnya seiring
cerita ini berjalan. Membaca Boy Meets Girl ini cukup menghibur, walaupun
menurutku buku pertama The Boy Next Door masih merupakan yang terbaik
dalam series ini. Karakter untuk tokoh Mitch ini terasa sangat mirip dengan
karakter tokoh utama The Boy Next Door, John Trent, dengan kondisi
kambing hitam dalam keluarga dan tipe pemberontak. Jadi walaupun cukup menarik,
cerita dalam Boy
Meets Girl ini kurang terasa original dan menyegarkan seperti buku
pertamanya, ada terasa kesamaan di karakter tokoh utama prianya dengan tokoh
utama di buku sebelumnya. Selain itu cerita cinta antara kedua tokoh utamanya
(Mitch dan Kate) juga terasa datar, kurang terasa realistis dan kurang
memberikan emosi. Tidak seperti kisah cinta dari kedua tokoh antagonis, Amy dan
Stuart, yang malah menurutku lebih mencuri perhatian disini dan terasa konyol
menghibur, dan dengan yakin dapat aku katakan bahwa memang Amy dan Stuart
benar-benar cocok dan sangat sesuai untuk satu sama lain.
Adapun
para tokoh dalam Boy Meets Girl adalah sebagai berikut :
Kathleen
‘Kate’ Mackenzie : perwakilan HRD untuk New York Journal.
Jennifer
‘Jen’ Sandler
: perwakilan HRD untuk New York Journal, sahabat baik Kate.
Amy
Jenkins
: Direktur HRD untuk New York Journal, bos Kate dan Jen.
Stuart
Hertzog
: konsultan hokum untuk New York Journal, Senior Partner dari biro hukum Hertzog
Webster and Doyle, pacar Amy.
Mitchell
‘Mitch’ Hertzog : adik laki-laki Stuart, bekerja juga di biro hukum
keluarga.
Lopez
: penyedia jasa makanan (spesialisasi pada makanan penutup) untuk New York
Journal.
Re: You
Hi, honey! It's me,
Mom. I know it's a big secret that your friend Holly and her boyfriend Mark are
eloping in Italy, and that you and Mark's friend Cal Langdon (the
handsome New York Journal reporter
with the big book deal) are going, too, as their witnesses. But I just saw
Holly's mother at the Kroger Sav-On, and I thought I'd warn you: She doesn't
seem to like Mark very much at all. Just wanted to let you know.
PS : I don't understand why you don't like that
nice Cal Langdon! He seemed so smart when I saw him being interviewed on
Charlie Rose. And so handsome!
PPS : Don't forget
to wear a sweater!
Cartoonist Jane
Harris is delighted by the prospect of her first-ever trip to Europe. But it's
hate at first sight for Jane and Cal Langdon, and neither is too happy at the
prospect of sharing a villa with one another for a week—not even in the
beautiful and picturesque Marches countryside. But when Holly and Mark's wedding
plans hit a major snag that only Jane and Cal can repair, the two find
themselves having to put aside their mutual dislike for one another in order to
get their best friends on the road to wedded bliss—and end up on a road
themselves ... one neither of them ever expected.
Every Boy’s Got One is a hate turn to love romantic story
between Jane Harris, the creator of Wondercat and freelancer cartoonist for the
NY Journal; with Cal Langdon, Foreign Affair Reporter for the NY Journal and a new
best seller writer.
When Jane
first met with Cal in the airport terminal for their trip together for their
best friends Holly and Mark’s eloping plan to Italy, she was not impressed with
him. Oh, she did find that the groom’s best man is a hot and attractive guy,
but she just can’t trust his rudeness to try convincing his best friend since
childhood, Mark not to marry her best friend Holy.
Cal is not
against Holly; he just doesn’t believe in marriage after his failure marriage a
few years ago. His ex-wife left him for another richer guy on their 1st
anniversary. So he thinks that all women are the same and only after men
because of their money, and since Mark is a doctor and he spent all his adult
life only with studying and working, Cal thinks Mark should enjoy his life
first before making decision to tying the knot with one girl.
And as for
Jane, Cal do find Jane cute and sexy with her wondercat tattoo on her ankle,
but a relationship especially with an eccentric artist is too complicated for
his life now. Now that he is back in the US after a decade of travelling around
the world to exotic places and also dangerous places for the NY Journal, he has
a ton of things to do like finding an apartment to live, buying furniture and doing
everything domestic for the new apartment, find inspiration for his next book,
etc; so settling down in a relationship is not in his priority especially with
his bad opinion in marriage.
But when
Holly and Mark’s wedding plan is threatening to cancel, both Jane and Cal find
themselves in a situation that requested them to work together in order to save
the day, and discover that they are actually perfect for each other.
Every Boy’s Got One is the 3rd book in the series
that have the interactions of all the characters in the form of emails and
journals. The story takes place in a beautiful country side La Marche in Italy.
Even though the love story in Every Boy’s Got One is just so so, but the
description of La Marche is very real, and also the idea of eloping to Italy is
based on Meg Cabot’s own experience so she can describe the marriage process in
an accurate way.
Characters in Every Boy’s Got One are as
follows :
Jane Harris : a famous cartoonist, creator of Wondercat
comic strip.
Holly Caputo : Jane’s best friend, working in Art
Department in New York Journal.
Mark Levine : a doctor, Holly’s fiancée.
Calvin ‘Cal’ Langdon : Mark’s best friend.
Claire Harris : Jane’s mother.
Dolly Vargas : Style Editor for New York Journal.
Ruth Levine : Mark’s mother.
Marie Caputo : Holly’s mother.
Malcolm Weatherly : Jane’s boyfriend, a snowboarding athlete.
Inge Schumacher : the housekeeper in villa in Italy.
Peter Schumacher : Inge’s grandson, and a big fan for Jane’s
cartoon character, Wondercat.
Julio Chasez : care taker of Jane’s cat while she’s away
from New York.
Arthur Pendergast : Cal’s book publisher.
Mary Langdon : Cal’s sister.
Joan Langdon : Cal’s mother, an artist.
Hank Langdon : Cal’s father.
Darrin Caputo : Holly’s brother.
Graziella Fratiani : one of Cal’s girl friend in Italy.
Annika : Le Marche Mayor’s daughter.
Sal Caputo : Holly’s father.
The Dude : Jane’s cat.
Rating for Every Boy’s Got One is 6.8/10
```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Every
baru saja menulis buku best seller pertamanya.
orang wanita.
Sedangkan mengenai Jane, Cal memang mendapati

Reed Stewart thought he’d left all his small town
troubles—including a broken heart—behind when he ditched tiny Bloomville,
Indiana, ten years ago to become rich and famous on the professional golf
circuit. Then one tiny post on the Internet causes all of those troubles to
return. . . with a vengeance.
Becky Flowers has worked hard to build her successful senior relocation business, but she’s worked even harder to forget Reed Stewart ever existed. She has absolutely no intention of seeing him when he returns—until his family hires her to save his parents.
Now Reed and Becky can’t avoid one another—or the memories of that one fateful night. And soon everything they thought they knew about themselves (and each other) has been turned upside down, and they—and the entire town of Bloomville—might never be the same, all because The Boy Is Back.

The Boy
Is Back
sets in a small town called Bloomville in Indiana. The story follows a love
story between Reed Stewart and Becky Flowers. They were a lovely high school
sweetheart once, before some incident happened on their prom night that make
Reed had to leave Bloomville without even saying goodbye to Becky.
Fast
forward to 10 years later, Reed is a successful Professional Golf Athlete now,
who happens to be the youngest Athlete to won the US Open. And Becky is a
successful business owner of a moving company specialize for the Senior
Citizens, called Moving Up!
After
10 years of leaving his small town and living in California with his uncle
after his long feud with his father, Reed finally decided to comes back to
Bloomville to help his brother and his wife dealing with the family’s crisis
involving both of their parents. And when he finally met again with Becky, the
sparks still fly and there’s no denying that they both still care for each
other.
Like
the previous books in the series (Boy Meets Girl and Every Boy’s Got One), The Boy Is Back
use the combination of e-mails between all the characters, Instant Messaging,
Journaling, and a new method of blogging to delivers the story. I quite surprise
that Meg Cabot really made a good comeback with The Boy Is Back this time. After
a little disappointment I felt when reading the 3rd book in the
series (Every
Boy’s Got One), I never expected that I could enjoying reading
another book in the series. The Boy Is Back released more than 10 years
after the 3rd book in the series, Every Boy’s Got One. And to be
honest, I’m not expecting that there will be another new book in the Boy
series, and I’m also not expecting a good one either. But as I read The Boy Is Back,
all my assumption before proven to be wrong. The Boy Is Back is witty with a
lot of humor in it, the story is simple and straight forward without too much
drama happens around the relationship, I find it quite refreshing with all the
family feud that became the trademark for all the Boys series, and I really
enjoying this light reading. The Boy Is Back in a good way quite reminds me
with all the craziness that happens in The Boy Next Door (my all-time favorite in the
series). I love the story line, I love the strong Heroine character and all the
family drama that happens in The Boy Is Back. And of course I just love to
find my two favorite supporting characters from the previous books : Dolly
Vargas and Tim Grabowksi, made an appearance in The Boy Is Back. Especially the
little joke and irony that Tim, who was working as an IT technician in the
previous three books, now banned technology and hate cellphone use in his own book
shop.
I
don’t believe that I’m gonna say this, but now I’m looking forward if in the
future there will be any new book coming again in the Boys Series. I will
update you guys again when that happens.

The Boy
Is Back
memenangkan pertandingan US Open.
manula, bernama Moving Up!
Setelah
One), The Boy Is Back menggunakan kombinasi dari e-mails antara
menceritakan kisah mereka. Aku cukup terkejut mendapati Meg Cabot berhasil
dalam menghidupkan kembali serial ini dengan The Boy Is Back. Setelah sedikit
The Boy Is Back
Awalnya aku cukup
skeptic mengingat buku ketiganya kurang greget, tapi saat aku membaca The Boy Is Back,
semua asumsi negatifku terbukti salah. The Boy Is Back terasa cerdas dengan banyak
The Boy Is Back dengan baiknya
pertamanya The
Dan tentu saja I sangat suka menemukan kembali dua tokoh pendukung favoritku
